[classlib][io][compatibility] File.getPath() leaves extra path separator at the end while RI
doesn't
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-2520
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-2520
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
            Reporter: Nikolay Kuznetsov
            Priority: Trivial
         Attachments: test.java

File.getPath() returns extra path separator at the end if file was created using File(File,
String) constructor with empty string.
Note that, if file is created using File(String) constructor with extra path separator getPath
truncates it.

Attached test demonstrates this minor problem:
RI output:
new File(new File("a/b"), new String("")).getPath() == a\b
PASSED

Harmony output:
new File(new File("a/b"), new String("")).getPath() == a\b\
FAILED
