[classlib][awt] KeyEvent.isControlDown() returns true while RI returns false
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-2462
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-2462
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
            Reporter: Denis Kishenko

Method returns "whether or not the Control modifier is down on this event".
Test below returns true for object without Control modifier. RI correctly returns false.

=============== Test =============
import junit.framework.TestCase;
import java.awt.event.*;
import java.awt.*;

public class test extends TestCase {
    public void test1 () {
            TextField txt = new TextField();
            KeyEvent obj = new KeyEvent(txt, KeyEvent.KEY_PRESSED, 100, KeyEvent.KEY_TYPED,
KeyEvent.VK_R);
            System.out.println(obj.isControlDown());
    }
}
Output on Sun 1.5
=================
.false

Time: 0,016

OK (1 test)

Output on Harmony:
==================
.true

Time: 0.437

OK (1 test)
