[Classlib][performance] writting of data to screen is highly ineffective.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-2288
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-2288
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
         Environment: All
            Reporter: Ivan Volosyuk

I have tried to display exception message on the screen and found out that each character
is written using separate write() call.

Each character is written via calling native method:
  Java_org_apache_harmony_luni_platform_OSFileSystem_writeImpl()

It is possible that this code is also responsible for writting into files. We should do something
with this to have acceptable performance!
