[classlib][swing] compatibility: j.s.text.DefaultStyledDocument.setParagraphAttributes() ignores
invalid values
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-2254
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-2254
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib, Non-bug differences from RI
            Reporter: Alexey A. Ivanov
            Priority: Minor

In Harmony javax.swing.text.DefaultStyledDocument.setParagraphAttributes() does nothing where
offset or/and length arguments are invalid.
Despite the spec, RI lets user pass incorrect arguments to the method and 'smartly' processes
it. (Actually it should throw BadLocationException in such situations but the method is declared
to not throw any exception.)

This is also true for setCharacterAttributes() method.
