Gregory Shimansky commented on HARMONY-1600:
--------------------------------------------

I am still reluctant to commit this patch. Why delete the whole part of build file when you've
written that it should be possible to make a switch to have both modes. I also don't understand
they root reason to remove running on reference Java the tests which failed. For example when
I see that java.lang.ThreadTest fails on RI I feel that most likely the bug is in the test.

What are the reasons to disable running failed tests on RI and why make it the default mode?

> need a switch to turn off the run on kernel tests over the default system java. Now,
when these tests failed on the Harmony the build forced to run it over system default java
and no way to forbid this.
> Note, together with the issue 1599 it gives funny case when all tests crashed.
