If SINGLE_STEP or METHOD_ENTRY/EXIT events are enabled, this may result in generating these events for internal calls to these java methods. While JVMTI spec says nothing about execution of Java code in JVMTI functions, reference implementation does not generates such events. Moreover those functions generates events which does not reflect user code behavior and may mislead user JVMTI agents. Thus calling Java code from JVMTI function should not result in generating events. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
