Subject [jira] Commented: (HARMONY-1946) [drlvm][test] run-kernel-test target doesn't work with Intel Compiler Linux/ia32

Geir Magnusson Jr commented on HARMONY-1946:
--------------------------------------------

I'd rather not do this if it means we modifiy the build/test scripts for everyone to work
around some difference wtih the intel compiler. I wouldn't mind if the patch made it conditional
when using the intel compiler, but when not, I'd rather see it be simple and clean so we don't
accidentally hide some problem with artificial changes to LD_LIBRARY_PATH

> DRLVM compiled with Intel Compiler 9.0 on Linux/ia32 currently couldn't launch any test
from the kernel classes tests. The output message is "..build/lnx_ia32_icc_debug/deploy/jre/bin/java:
error while loading shared libraries: libimf.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file
or directory". The reason is that LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set for this target in build scripts,
but libimf.so is needed for the any class loading.
