[classlib][sql] The behavior of java.sql.TimeStamp.compareTo(TimeStamp) is different from RI

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-1703
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-1703
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
            Reporter: Svetlana Samoilenko

Description:
The behavior of java.sql.TimeStamp.compareTo(TimeStamp) is different from RI.
RI returns value 1 while Harmony returns -1.

Test for reproducing:
import junit.framework.TestCase;
import java.sql.Timestamp;

public class test extends TestCase  {
    public void testCompareTo_Timestamp() {
       Timestamp obj1 = new Timestamp(-1L);
       obj1.setTime(Long.MIN_VALUE);
      Timestamp obj2 = new Timestamp(-1L);
       obj2.setDate(Integer.MIN_VALUE);
      assertEquals(1,obj1.compareTo(obj2));
    }
}

Output on Sun 1.5:
==================
java version "1.5.0_06"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_06-b05)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_06-b05, mixed mode)
.

Output on Harmony:
