[launcher] Raised exceptions should not be explicitly printed by the launcher
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-1819
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-1819
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Misc
         Environment: All
            Reporter: Evgueni Brevnov
            Priority: Minor
         Attachments: launcher.patch

As it was discussed and agreed on the list (see thread "[drlvm] Should the launcher print
uncaught exceptions?" ) the launcher should not call jni->ExceptionDescribe method in case
of error. Instead jvm->DestroyJavaVM should call uncaught excption handler which prints
out exception stack trace by default. Here is the patch which fixes the problem.

NOTE: need to check if J9 requires jvm->DetachCurrentThread() right before jvm->DestroyJavaVM

Thanks Evgueni
