[classlib][swing] JOptionPane creates dialogs with double decorations if default look&feel
is undecorated
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-1536
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-1536
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
            Reporter: Dmitry A. Durnev
            Priority: Minor

If JDialog.isDefaultLookAndFeelDecorated() returns false(which is the default), JOptionPane
creates dialogs with both native
(provided by the current window manager) & swing(provided by the current look&feel)
decorations.
The following test:

import javax.swing.JOptionPane;

public class JOptionPaneTest {
    public static void main(String[] args) {
        JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null, "text", "title",
                                      JOptionPane.OK_OPTION);

    }
}

shows message box with "double decorations" on Harmony, while on RI message box has only native
decorations.
