[DRLVM] Some bug fixed in kernel classes, kernel unit tests and VM tests build an run system
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-1431
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-1431
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: DRLVM
            Reporter: Elena Semukhina

 I. Some kernel classes bugs fixed.
   1. The Thread constructor has been fixed so that it ends up with adding the thread to a
thread group.
The following Harmony classlib test fails due to this bug:
org.apache.harmony.luni.tests.java.lang.ThreadTest.test_ConstructorLjava_lang_ThreadGroupLjava_lang_RunnableLjava_lang_String.

    2. The confusing error message at the ThreadGroup.destroy() method has been fixed.
    3. Two bugs in org_apache_harmony_vm_VMStack.cpp fixed:
        - fixed bug when () is printed in the stack trace instead of (Unknown source) or (Native
method).
        - missed method "main" is now printed in the stack trace.

II. Kernel unit test ThreadTest has been fixed.
    1. A few tests have been uncommented because they pass.
    2. Invalid tests for the Thread.join() method have been corrected.
    3. ThreadTest has been included in testing because all tests pass now.

III. The build system fixed so it runs cuint tests:
     - C unit tests attributes moved to make/targets/cunit.test.xml
     - smoke tests attributes moved to make/targets/smoke.test.xml
     - smoke tests attributes added to smoke.test.xml.
     - C unit tests attributes added to cunit.test.xml.
     - unit.tests depenency has been removed from the "test" target.
