Here is the fix for original bug.

Geir, the test case you have attached reproduces different bug. The one I have found is in
interpreter putfield implementation. Fixing it I have fixed ActiveMQ 4.0.2 startup. The tests
case locates another bug which is somewhere in classloader IMHO.
