Jimmy, this patch caused two NIO tests failure: 
testSocket_Block_BasicStatusAfterConnect, testSocket_NonBlock_BasicStatusAfterConnect, 
and the error messages are same:
expected:</0.0.0.0> but was:<localhost/127.0.0.1>

junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: expected:</0.0.0.0> but was:<localhost/127.0.0.1>
at org.apache.harmony.tests.java.nio.channels.SocketChannelTest.assertSocketAfterConnect(SocketChannelTest.java:429)
at org.apache.harmony.tests.java.nio.channels.SocketChannelTest.testSocket_Block_BasicStatusAfterConnect(SocketChannelTest.java:288)
at java.lang.reflect.AccessibleObject.invokeV(AccessibleObject.java:25)
