Subject [jira] Resolved: (HARMONY-823) [classlib][archive] incorrect data for the GZIPInputStreamTest
Date Tue, 11 Jul 2006 07:37:30 GMT
Mark Hindess resolved HARMONY-823:

    Resolution: Fixed

I renamed the .txt file to .txt.gz to make it more obvious that it isn't a text file since
this might be why it got corrupted in the first place.

Applied in r.420749. Please check it is as you expected.

Incidentally, I left the other excluded test since it still fails for me on Linux.

> The Harmony unit test org.apache.harmony.archive.tests.java.util.zip.GZIPInputStreamTest
operates with the hyts_gInput.txt file that actually is broken gzip archive (I can't decompress
it by WinZip utility). When this archive file was updated to valid one the test reports 'passed'
> Plz, update this file to valid archive of bytes { 3, 5, 2, 'r', 'g', 'e', 'f', 'd', 'e',
'w' } or apply the patch for archive { '3', '5', '2', 'r', 'g', 'e', 'f', 'd', 'e', 'w' }.
