[testing] user oriented testing structure (pre-alpha version)

                 Key: HARMONY-964
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-964
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Test
Components: build - test - ci
            Reporter: Vladimir Ivanov
            Priority: Minor

It's user oriented testing structure to run unit tests over HDK on user's platform.
build.xml - main file
exclude.list - exclude list (examle only)
test.run.property - some useful property

To run it (minimal testing on winXP only):
1) add to classpath ant-junit-1.6.5.jar and junit.jar
2) create tests.jar (jar'ed copy of '<trunk>\modules\luni\bin\test' after 'ant test'
in my case)
3) store the archive into local directory and unpack it
4) set properties in the 'test.run.property' file
5) run "ant"

In my case I saw about 5 vm crashes for run unit tests against HDK (so it is run as 'each
test in proper VM).

- test it on linux
- prepare tests.jar with all tests and store it to HDK
- implement notification/upload results support
- add support to run other tests (?)

Something else?
