Mikhail Loenko resolved HARMONY-908.

    Resolution: Fixed

HARMONY-837 (two new classes - provider and MessageDigest implementation)
HARMONY-872 (SecureRandom implementation)
HARMONY-902 (SecureRandom, the "RandomBitsSupplier" class for Windows platform)
Were committed in revision 425020. The build was adjusted.
