The file mathPerformanceTestsUpdate.zip adds functionality to the micro-benchmark suite of
tests of HARMONY-551.

An extract of the included README file follows:


The following dependencies must be supplied before using it:

* mathPerformanceTests.zip from HARMONY-551
* jar files from BouncyCastle project:
 - http://www.bouncycastle.org/download/bcprov-jdk15-133.jar
 - http://www.bouncycastle.org/download/bctest-jdk15-133.jar

Steps to build and run the suite:
I) Move mathPerformanceTests.zip, mathPerformanceTestsUpdate.zip and the BouncyCastle jar
to any directory
II) Move to that directory, unzip mathPerformanceTests.zip and mathPerformanceTestsUpdate.zip.
III) Run patch -p0 -c < PerformanceTests.diff 
IV) To build BigInteger and BigDecimal Single Operations tests:
    run: javac -classpath . MathTests.java
    To build CryptoGraphic tests:
    run: javac -classpath .:bctest-jdk15-133.jar  BigIntegerTests/CryptoApplicationsTest.java
V) The runnable classes are:
BigIntegerTests.BI_Test (Runs BigInteger Single Operations tests)
BigDecimalTests.BD_Test (Runs BigDecimal Single Operations tests)
MathTests (Runs BigInteger and BigDecimal Single Operations tests)

Note: All tests give html output, so for a clearer result must redirect the output to a file.
java -classpath .:bctest-jdk15-133.jar:bcprov-jdk15-133.jar BigIntegerTests.CryptoApplicationsTest
10 HNY551 > cryptoHNY551.html

This would perform 10 iterations of each cryptographic test.
The last argument -in the example HNY551- is used only for cosmetics, to print the name of
the implementation in the output.
Of course this would only make sense if the running implementation is precisely HNY551.
