Jar support in system classloader

removed missing native functions in VMStackWalker
changed Class.toString()
added ClassLoader.ClassLoader(ClassLoader) null check
removed some outdated comments
throw RuntimeException("not implemented") in some unimplemented methods
String.String(byte[], int, int) now makes string (still ignore encoding)
some debug prints about unimplemented and untested features
a few missing native functions added (implementation in vmi.c)
