[classlib][luni] java.util.Arrays sort and binarySearch generification and bug fixes
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: HARMONY-446
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-446
     Project: Harmony
        Type: Bug

  Components: Classlib
    Reporter: Nathan Beyer

The bugs are that Arrays.sort and Arrays.binarySearch throw invalid NPE when null Comparators
are passed. The following code is an example of the regression test.

        String[] strings = new String[] { "a", "B", "c", "D" };
        Arrays.sort(strings, String.CASE_INSENSITIVE_ORDER);
        Arrays.sort(strings, null);

Additionally, the Arrays.sort and Arrays.binarySearch have been generified.

A patch for the main source and test cases will follow.
