Problem details:
java.beans.beancontext.BeanContextSupport.getResource(String name, BeanContextChild bcc):
Harmony does not throw NullPointerException  when name="",bcc=null, while RI throws it.
Specification does not mention NullPointerException.

Junit test to reproduce the problem:
