Subject [jira] Updated: (HARMONY-264) java.nio.CharBuffer.wrap NullPointerException behaviour
Date Fri, 07 Apr 2006 05:38:29 GMT

Mark Hindess updated HARMONY-264:

    Attachment: more.buffer.wrap.method.npe.fixes.diff

This patch contains fixes and tests for the other wrap methods - those on ByteBuffer, CharBuffer,
FloatBuffer, etc. that take an array - that are also broken in the same way. It assumes the
first patch has already been applied.

> -------------------------------------------------------
> Key: HARMONY-264
> URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-264
> Project: Harmony
> Type: Bug

> Components: Classlib
> Reporter: Mark Hindess
> Priority: Trivial
> Attachments: charbuffer.wrap.npe.diff, more.buffer.wrap.method.npe.fixes.diff
> java.nio.CharBuffer.wrap((j.l.CharSequence)null,(int)1,(int)0) throws a NullPointerException
on the RI but Harmony throws an index out of bounds exception.
> I will submit a patch with a fix and test shortly.
