I looked over your SpMV description and implementation (LAMath, Compressed Sparse Row/Column
formats, ..., etc), and very good to me! But, have you seen this guy's comment? 


Please consider to use 'MapFile' for storing matrices.

Or it will be better not to commit this version until matrix package will be tested enough?

In my opinion, patching matrix generator and format classes here separately is better.
