Edward J. Yoon commented on HAMA-524:
-------------------------------------

Hey Mikalai,

I looked at your code closely today. Please delete all unnecessary classes and try to rewrite
SpMV and SpMVTest programs.

{code}
  /**
   * Simple test.
   * multiplying
   *  [1 0 6 0]      [2]    [38]
   *  [0 4 0 0]  *   [3] =  [12]
   *  [0 2 3 0]      [6]    [24]
   *  [3 0 0 5]      [1]    [11]
   */
  //@Test
  public void testSpMVBasic() {
     Path m = generateRandomMatrix(); // 1. generate 4x4 matrix
     Path v = generateRandomMatrix(); // 2. generate 4x1 matrix (column vector)

     SpMV.main(m, v, TMP_OUT); // 2. job configuration

     verifyResult(TMP_OUT);
  }
{code}

> Implement Efficient and Fast SpMV algorithm which can be widely used in scientiļ¬c computing,
financial modeling, information retrieval, and others, using Hama Bulk Synchronous Parallel
framework.
