Prashant Golash commented on YARN-9330:

Somehow missed the check-style error during local mvn test. Fixed the check-style error. Apologies
for multiple patches & noise.

> Currently, the endpoint *<RM>/ws/v1/cluster/scheduler * returns all the queues
as part of rest contract.
> The intention of the JIRA is to be able to pass additional queue PathParam to just return
that queue. For e.g.
> *<RM>/ws/v1/cluster/scheduler/queue=testParentQueue*
> *<RM>/ws/v1/cluster/scheduler/queue=testChildQueue*
> This will make it easy for Rest clients to query just for the desired queue and parse
from the response.
