There is no guarantee that system administrator have the programming knowledge to determine
when a exit code is coming from container-executor or docker.  It will be extra confusing
when it is not stated clearly.  It would be nice to log exit code from docker instead of allowing
exit_code of docker to report in place of container-executor.
