I fixed the bug in 003.patch. The latest run was marked as failed too (There was a timeout
or other error in the fork), but there were 2208 tests run, 0 failure, 0 error, 7 skipped
- [~yufeigu] I think it's not a real unit test failure, could you please rerun this build?

The store also retains this information for completed applications to serve their status to
REST, WebUI, Java and CLI clients. We don't need all the information we store today to serve
application status; for instance, we don't need the {{ApplicationSubmissionContext}}.
