[~yufeigu] Thanks for the suggestions, I addressed all of them in v003 (the above two points
in the test, removing the null-check around setting AMContainerSpec, and copying the whole
AMContainerSpec over into the new app.submission context).

The store also retains this information for completed applications to serve their status to
REST, WebUI, Java and CLI clients. We don't need all the information we store today to serve
application status; for instance, we don't need the {{ApplicationSubmissionContext}}.
