Yes, doing a lookup in two tables at read time (regular entity table and 'domain' or 'ACLs' 
table)  would be very slow in HBase. Hence we wanted to denormalize it and store per entity. 

But I understand the point about it being too cumbersome while creating each entity. I will
think over this a bit more and also discuss with [~rohithsharma]and [~varun_saxena] and get
back on this.
