Subject [jira] [Commented] (YARN-7612) Add Placement Processor Framework
Date Tue, 19 Dec 2017 03:24:00 GMT

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-7612?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16296117#comment-16296117

Konstantinos Karanasos commented on YARN-7612:

[~leftnoteasy]/[~asuresh], I was just checking the packages structure.
At the moment we have resourcemanager/placement, resourcemanager/scheduler/placement, and
Do we need to have two placement packages. It seems that we should either consolidate them
or find a better name for one of the two. Is the first one just queue-placement (that's what
I see) or can it be anything else?
I know it is not directly related to this JIRA, but since we are at this part of the code,
I wanted to hear your opinion and we can open another JIRA if needed.
