Thank you [~giovanni.fumarola], your guidance showed me the way for successful unit tests.
My guess is that the backport to branch-2 had some issues and this was introduced there.
I add the fix in 002 in {{TestRouterWebServicesREST}}.
[~curino], [~subru], is it fine to include this fix here?
