Thanks for the patch!

If I understand the patch correctly, this won't NPE in practice but we'll end up printing
"null" for the container and/or node.  Seems like we should print "N/A" for those cases instead
to be consistent with what is printed when there is no detailed information.  Or maybe it
makes more sense not to print anything at all, especially when the container ID is not available?
