Thanks for the patch, Billie!  looks good to me overall.
I tried some testing, and looks like the apiserver is still not started, because "src/main/resources/webapps/services-rest-api/app"
is not named properly, and it throws Exception when trying to find the file
some dependency may also be not needed 
I attached a diff patch here.  please check
