Subject [jira] [Commented] (YARN-6945) Display the ACL of leaf queue in RM scheduler page
Date Mon, 07 Aug 2017 07:16:00 GMT

Sunil G commented on YARN-6945:

Sharing similar view as [~naganarasimha_gr@apache.org]. Its better to show per user specific
ACL info if this is needed (in secure cluster). However I am not very sure how we can ensure
user is an admin in non-secure cluster. So we could skip this in non-secure cluster if its
fine. Thoughts?

> Sometimes, when we submit our application to a queue, the submitted application may fail
because we have no permission to submit the application to the corresponding queue.
> But we have no place apart from the fair-scheduler.xml to see the ACL of the queue,
> you can't see such information from RM scheduler page.
> So, I want to join the *aclSubmitApps*、*aclAdministerApps *message to the RM scheduler
