Two more comments
1)  all the statements, "FileUtils.deleteDirectory(new File("/tmp/" + this.getClass().getName()));"
are not reference the new field procfsBaseDir.
2) Instead of using @Rule, we could do something @Test (expected =  YarnException.class) .
