When you click on Flow Acitivity => \{a flow\} => flow runs, the web server sends a
REST query to ATSv2 TimelineReaderServer, but it does not include a query param 'metricstoretrieve"
to get any metrics back.

Instead, we should add '?metricstoretrieve=YARN_APPLICATION_CPU,YARN_APPLICATION_MEMORY' to
the query to get CPU and MEMORY back.
