Thanks for working on this. [~miklos.szegedi@cloudera.com]. The patches looks good generally.
Some nits:
# Would triggerSchedulingWithNMHeartBeat() or triggerAllocationWithNMHeartBeat() be better
names for waitForNMHeartbeat()? And we can get grid of comments before each time we invoke
waitForNMHeartbeat() in that case.
# Would be better to use setup() and teardown() instead of startApp() and cancelApp()? Since
these functions do more than just start an app and cancel an app.
