Hi [~gtCarrera9]

Yes, if user turns on best effort and it gives a warning message and proceed with this particular
error, this is the work around for the issue I described earlier. Option 2 is to disable timeline
service in client config, but I think this one is better as this property was introduced to
help clients continue to run when the failure with timeline client was not fatal. Without
these lines, option 2 is the only work around then.
