Yes, I agree. That should be a separate JIRA.
>From an implementation point of view as well, we will have to see how to do it. And where
to maintain this info. Have a separate table? If yes, when to update it? On every publish
of an entity (will be too much) or on a certain event say, application created event or something
else. 
Or we can even follow YARN-5739 kind of approach to list the clusters from app table.
Either way, it will require more discussion and should not block this JIRA for which we are
clear regarding what needs to be done.
