`/etc/<pid>/smaps`, where it calculates `min(Pss, Shared_Dirty) + Private_Dirty + Private_Clean`.
Because not `mlocked` private clean pages can reclaimed by kernel, this should be changed
to calculating only `Locked` pages instead.
