Hmm, for any application or generic entity queries, we do not require the flow or the flow
run id (or with YARN-4221 even user id). They are already populated from the app-to-flow table.
Is that what you're referring to? Then it should already be working that way.

We can actually query the appToFlow table to figure out an application's flow id and flowrun
id if they're missing. This will simplify normal queries.
