v.2 patch posted

- replaced the null check for {{getTimestamp()}} with a check for value 0 as it returns a
primitive long
- genericized {{ColumnPrefix.readTimeseriesResults()}} to return any value type
- fixed the unit test to rely on {{EntityColumnPrefix.readTimeseriesResults()}}
