Sidharta Seethana reopened YARN-2194:

So, it looks like the final version of the patch that was eventually committed didn't actually
go through jenkins ( wasn't submitted to jenkins or something else went wrong during submission
). There seems to be a test failing that needs to be fixed ( see below )
