[~ajisakaa] thank you for updating. Let me confirm one point. What do you think about the
null value of "childQueues" when queue doesn't exist? We have an option to return empty hash,
{},  or array, [].  Currently, "users", another collection field which can be returned in
RM's RESTful API, returns null. In the context, the behaviour of your patch looks consistent
to me. This is just a confirmation.
