Thanks, [~sunilg], for your work on in-queue priorities.

Along with [~nroberts], I'm confused about why priority labels are needed. As a user, I just
need to know that the higher the number, the higher the priority. Then, I just need a way
to see what priority each application is using and a way to set the priority of applications.
To me, it just seems like labels will get in the way.
