Date Fri, 12 Sep 2014 01:06:33 GMT

Subramaniam Krishnan updated YARN-2475:
---------------------------------------
    Attachment: YARN-2475.patch

Thanks [~chris.douglas] for reviewing the patch. I am uploading a patch that addresses all
your comments (skipping relisting them).

bq. Why is the enforcement window tied to CapacitySchedulerConfiguration?

The replanner can be configured per plan which in turn translates to a leaf queue in capacity
scheduler configuration. Consequently the enforcement window is configured for the replanner
via the capacity scheduler leaf queue configuration.

> In the context of YARN-1051, if capacity of the cluster drops significantly upon machine
failures we need to trigger a reorganization of the planned reservations. As reservations
are "absolute" it is possible that they will not all fit, and some need to be rejected a-posteriori.
