Guo Ruijing commented on YARN-1912:
-----------------------------------

We may add configurable parameter for options in yarn-default.xml as:

<property>
<description>When nodemanager tries to localize the resources for linux containers,
it will use
the following JVM opts to launch the linux container localizer. </description>
<name>yarn.nodemanager.linux-container-localizer.opts</name>
<value>-Xmx1024m</value>
</property>

>    Affects Versions: 2.2.0

> In the LinuxContainerExecutor.java#startLocalizer, it does not specify any "-Xmx" configurations
in the command, this caused the ResourceLocalizer to be started with default memory setting.
> In an server-level hardware, it will use 25% of the system memory as the max heap size,
this will cause memory issue in some cases.
