[~wangda], this is to bring consistency between HDFS and YARN.    hdfs dfsadmin -report has existed for a very long time while the RM doesn't have one.  From a user perspective, it's irrelevant what is happening on the inside, just that YARN is "weird" if the equivalent is "yarn node -all -list".
