I am fairly sure you broke bin/yarn appliciation etc after the patch, can you please verify?

The patch looks fine overall other than bin/yarn changes.

Ideally, we should split the CLI into separate classes for app, appattempts etc. Will file
a ticket.

The other thing is that -queue <Queue Name> shouldn't be an option, it should just be
an argument to -movetoqueue. Will file a ticket for that also.
