bq. TimelineClient sounds like it could refer to a lot of different things. Maybe ApplicationTimelineClient
or ApplicationTimelineStoreClient would be clearer?
We want this client to be used beyond just applications. Like I mentioned in the design doc,
ecosystem projects can also chose to write events that can be correlated with the resulting
YARN/MR apps. Let's keep it TimelineClient due to that.
