I have a new patch ready addressing most of the comments, but haven't attached it yet.  This
patch applies on top of YARN-1636.  I've added more comments to GenericObjectMapper but haven't
renamed it yet.  The name comes from ObjectMapper, since it does ObjectMapper-like things
without making you specify the class to deserialize into.  I could see renaming it to ATSUtil
or LeveldbApplicationTimelineStoreUtil.  Let me know what you think after seeing the additional
